Position Description: Marketing Assistant – Sportscene

- The Marketing Assistant will help improve marketing efforts and help build the
- capacity for all new and current tasks.
Responsibilities:
Brand Campaigns and Meetings:
- Set up brand and business meetings
- Minute taking
- Campaign checklists
- Campaign reporting
- Create DI for distribution
- Media screens schedule
New Store Openings and Store Activations:
- Assist in briefing artwork
- Set up Rewards Campaign on Rewards system
- Liaise with the artists/ suppliers on the day of the opening
Invoicing:
- Raise requisitions and CE for invoices – send to suppliers
- Vendor on-boarding process
Adhoc:
- Order the team’s gift cards on the ordering system
- Create E-waybills online and send off parcels
- Briefing artwork
- Social media posting for DJ Series (Saturday’s 2-3 hours)
- Assist Senior Trade Coordinator with events, campaigns and activations
Requirements:
Marketing
- 1 – 2 years’ experience, especially advertising or corporate marketing
